Carry Cooler
A Vacuum Stainless Steel Cooler that's ready for any adventure.
Design Challenge:
The goal of this design competition was to create a unique product while utilizing Camelbak's VSS (Vacuum Stainless Steel) manufacturing technology.
I set out to create a small form-factor personal cooler suitable for backpacking, cycling, and general everyday use.
Forward sliding lid allows for easy access within the confined spaces of a bike frame.
Indentations molded into the lid give a positive grip, while the over-molded nylon strap tethers the lid to the body, ensuring it will not be dropped or lost.
Double walled VSS construction keeps the heat out, and the contents within cool.
Easily attached to bikes via the bottle boss mounts present on most bicycles today. The tab protruding from the top of the mount slides easily into the fitting on the back of the cooler.
